Isn't this part of your responsibility as Financial Advisor to inform you clients sa lahat ng conditions sa mga preference nila? And if may acknowledgement ba sa contract na naiintindihan ni client na if minor ang sole beneficiary eh ganito ang magiging situation..

What if yun naman talaga ang gusto nung parent?? Pwede naman mag trabaho yung naiwan na parent for their child diba since responsibility pa rin naman niya yun. Perhaps the mother was just protecting her child’s future.

i hope you don't mind me sharing. I work for an insurance company. Sa amin you can designate a minor as a sole beneficiary. you will be required to designate a trustee sa application pa lang. normally it is one of the parents if the insured dies while the beneficiary is still a minor. the trustee will receive the death proceeds on behalf of the minor benefiary. I thought that was industry standard hindi pala.

OMG! Hindi ko pa malalaman kung hindi ko Napanuod ito. 2020 pa lang tapos na ako magbayad sa insurance ko, 11 yrs na akong insured sa AXA and ang minor daughter ko ang beneficiary. I’m a single mom. Thank you Ms. for sharing this, nagka-idea ako. 🫶

so hindi ininform ang client bago kumuha ng insurance...kaya kumuha para incase mawala may makukuha pero at the end of the day...hindi rin pla makukuha..paano un?pag 18 na bata saka lang makuha ang pera?o wala na un.

Dapat decline ni insurance company ang application dahil sa benefiaciary. Marami ang hindi nakaka alam nyan. Sinadyan din yan ng insurance comapny eh. Dapat e sue ni sir yan. May lopehole siguro dyan hanap sya matalinong abogadoZ

I used to work sa us based insurance. madugo. same nga sa Philippines. kaya dapat yung FA mo is meron din malasakit sa client niya to provide the pros and cons at hindi lang para makabenta.
