I'm a a civil engineering project manager. I am a mom. I have adhd, MCAS, pots, CPTSD, anxiety and depression. I'm positive at least 2 of those would improve if I could manage burnout. Right now it feels impossible. I just downloaded the app to remind me to look at it this weekend!
