That’s the problem, people aren’t afraid. They’re not afraid to break the law, not afraid to be disrespectful and not afraid of police anymore. This is what happens to a society that allows people to remain free after doing some heinous shit. Our judges and prosecutors need to be held accountable just like they hold police.

You can't arrest somebody for littering in Texas. you can give them a citation and note on their they refuse to sign. You can take them directly to the justice of the peace court and have them pleaded there. Justice of the peace can find them.And if they don't pay it , they can't stop them from leaving. Because that's called a debt Beers v. Haughton 1783 You can't arrest or imprisonment for for a debt.
