Here’s what you need to demonstrate: 1️⃣ You made a genuine effort to make the role work internally 2️⃣ You’re moving towards a strong opportunity, not running away from a bad one Here’s an example of how to position it: “There’s been some internal change that’s shifted the scope of my role, and it’s no longer aligned with where I want to take my career. I explored a few internal options, but none were the right long term fit.
