yellow light works best. it attracts all wildlife including fish. this is why lighting a fire above the water brings fish closer. they see the light they're curious they come to check it out also insects are attracted to the light which means more food for the fish. the idea is to attract a fish not see them

The guy lied. I’m 68 years old going all the way back to when I was 20. The guys in Tennessee on the big lakes would put these underwater lights that were white light and draw the bait fish and the crappy would come in and stuff and they’ll catch a heck out of them
