How to squeeze 👉 contract the muscles at the vagina and the anus like you are trying to hold wind and wee at the same time. How to release 👉 let the contraction go and relax your lower abs and deep core. Avoid: breath holding! The best position to start these exercises in is lying down - as gravity doesn’t impact your prolapse in this position so it will be easiest for the pelvic floor to work well!
