Food will be your best friend when wanting to gain weight just as much as working out. Two and two go together. But why do I put more importance on movement? Because when starting your fitness journey you will be on the search for information and everything will be thrown at you, to the point where its too much and you end up doing nothing. I recommend to start in one place and that is moving your body, dont worry about food, keep eating your regular meals. Just show up to the mat with a workout routine, 3-5 days a week. The easiest thing one can do is move thier body, doesn’t cost you anything so thats why I start there first. Little by little you will start to feel the change and your body will automatically want better food, more protein, water, etc. and you will be on your journey to become the best version of yourself.
