So people who haven’t had a lot of water balloon fights often don’t know this, but you have to throw the balloon in front of the person you’re trying to pop the balloon on. It won’t pop by being thrown at the person most of the time. Ideally, you aim for concrete with a rough texture, but water balloons will also pop if thrown onto grass at the right angle
