Renting is good not until u loose the source of income and let me ask our motivation speaker sir let me hope ur in a rented car coz its more of a liability than the house...eg. lose of resale value,fuel,maintenance,parking etc.

A house is a basic need..You can't tag a price to that need..How many of us ever budget for the food we eat..For the health-care we receive, for the education?? so most people construct homes for comfort, that is a basic need and you cant tag a price to it.. Accumulation of wealth is a want, yet housing is a need.. albeit you could choose whatever you start with. But some stuff is about psychological comfort rather than the business worth
