my 9 year old son asked me the other day "why do you have armpit hair?" "because I am a human being who has gone through puberty and that is where my body grows hair." he was being silly and he KNOWS why body hair happens, but it was just another moment to teach my son not to care about these things lol

Every single time I’ve shaved, it looks and feels nice for a single day, then the itching and the pain and the ingrown hairs. No one can convince me it looks better without either.
