I constructed 3 delicious, high protein meals. counted exact calories on the first day (included literally everything down to weighting onion 😆). I've been eating those 3 meals every day for the last 6 weeks, down 17lbs so far. this works great for me, I don't mind eating exactly same stuff every day. it gives me peace

what's your opinion on the myfitnesspal I have been using it for about 3 weeks from May 28th to now I have went from 225 to 211.2 one day it went down to 210.6. I have been doing calorie deficit and I have been actively going biking with my husband im building a fence in 90 degree weather. But its hard on days when it seems like I try to do everything I can but its still soooooo slow!

Can you talk about taking breaks? I.e. going on holiday, birthdays etc. when you don’t want to track how can you do it without binging and then feeling the guilt/shame 😭

Yep! Planning ahead is helping me so much. I look at where there are events or dinners out. I might also look at higher training days and eat more calories on those days.

nah i cant assume that , because there are days where i eat like a beast and days where i eat a good amount, it would be 1200 sometimes, 1500 mostly , 1700 some days
