@House_of_Twila: 100! I bought a $15 bowl/ double meat from Cava. Stretched that bowl for three meals with leftover quinoa, broccoli and a bag of kale I’m trying to get rid of before we go to the beach. I’m determined to old my weight at 123lbs when my foot touches sand! Keep your meals simple! 👙⛱️

100000% agree.. I bring a box of yogurts and a rotisserie chicken to my office at work to have bc I’m in a rush, no meal prep and I feel great

Yes! And the best part is after you cut them out for a while and you start craving the healthy foods and the processed foods kinda sound gross. Thats how you know you've gotten over the hump 😆

Best purchase I ever made was buying a cheap good scale from the thrift store and weighing my food. I too lost over 120 pounds and kept it off (this was in 2024)
