Marine style burpees is definitely where it’s at, and the Navy seal burpee is by far one of my favorite variations. Each repition consisting of 3 x push-ups combined with 2 x mountain climbers. Try out one of the following workflows for a solid workout with zero equipment needed: 1) Reps for time: set a time for the workout - can be anything between 10 minutes to an hour+ depending on your level and desired challenge. Complete as many reps as possible within that time frame and remember to stay active and keep your feet moving in between reps. 2) Number of reps: set a goal of any number of reps; start with a smaller number like 20-30 reps and work your way up by doing 5-10 more each session. Perform all reps to complete the workout.
