My mom made a similar currency, but she didnt stick with it for long. She didnt like telling us we had done good so she gave up

my mom used to have 'mom bucks' and we also had to earn them by doing things around the house, but for example if we didn't clean our rooms she would take everything laying around and we'd have to buy our things back, and we had to pay to go out and stuff😭

My foster family had a prize box. There were no rules other then behaving yourself through the week at school and then the Friday afternoon or Saturday morning you got to draw from the prize box

No but I had a teacher do that. He had a board with everyone's name and one student every week got to be in charge of the numbers for the board, and if you noticed someone being good or bad, you adjusted their numbers accordingly. He would get his trinkets out every Friday to buy OR you could cash them in for something you wanted from the store. For instance, my parents wouldn't buy me a big brats baby doll, and so I cashed my points in for one 🤣

my mom collected the tags that used to come on the hangers from the store and she would give them to us when we did chores and things she asked us to do. so we would rummage through the hangers in the house just to see if she had missed some.

my parents had marble jars for each child, each child had a specific color of marble, when you did a task that my parents or our babysitter considered “selfless and for the benefit of others” they would give you a marble, at the end of the week whoever had the most marbles got a prize and a night with the parents, or you could have a sleepover with a friend. If someone got a completely full jar then they would essentially be worshipped within the house, like they got an entire weekend worth of yes. My parents would take you to the park, to a store of your choosing to pick out 1-2 things and you got to pick the weekend movie.
