had a lady come in last week stating she never drinks any water and is known to have bad veins. I get it after another phleb poked her twice. she came in this week after I told her to please hydrate before coming in the next time for blood work.. she tells me she drank a coffee that morning 2 glases of water the day before 🫠yet she complained because I was having trouble finding a vein
