I kicked heroin 12/5/05. I quit drinking 5 yrs later. I remember hearing of a particular “brand” was killing people, and went to buy some of it. Crazy.

It’s not fentanyl that they’re selling anymore especially in the Kensington area and upper East Coast it’s that horrible Xylazine garbage that literally rots peoples arms and legs and most homeless addicts don’t shower at all so they get the wounds infected and rather get necrosis, putrid rotten smelling puss and maggots in their bodies rather then going to the hospital to get treatment, 🤦♂️its honestly sad that dealers are so greedy that fentanyl wasn’t lucrative enough so they sell a flesh eating drug instead like absolutely diabolical 😳🤦♂️

so I was born and raised in Kensington and I ran the street to Kensington for 27 years doing drugs selling drugs amongst other things I got clean before the fentanyl came out thank God but these people need help. They can’t get help though until they want to help themselves.
