the crazy thing is Third person won't even modern. hell First person is worse. the first fps game was like og Doom or Wolfenstein that came out ages ago. Tank Controls with Fixed Camera Angles are just as valid as other forms of controls & perspectives like FPS, Third Person, side scrolling Platformer, turn based,etc. all of these are old AF and not modern. it's how each of these genres/controls reinvent themselves after each installments that matters.
