Within the public spaces of the Mall, Article II, Section 10 protects petitioners' rights to distribute political pamphlets and to solicit signatures pledging non-violent dissent from the federal government's foreign policy toward Central America. just because they’re protecting the direct issue of political censorship, does not mean the property owner is unable to tresspass people. there is even a superseding amendment that bars legislation from interfering with a property owners autonomy of their property. these amendment auditors are more than often wrong about specific issues (other than the right to film in public obviously)

Yall need to understand that there is Supreme Court constitutional case law and state constitutional case law. The same way private businesses are subject to anti discrimination laws via the 14th amendment, there are several states that make it so commercial complex’s are subject to 1st amendment violations. A private mall cannot trespass someone for a first amendment protected activity alone the same way you can’t be trespassed from public property for it.
