These are not safe. It puts babies chin to chest and they can stop breathing when they are big enough to not have that risk they are too big to safely use it

I had this when my now 2.5 yr old was a baby !!! it was so great !!! we have had a convertible car seat since she was 3 months old so we had to take her out of the car seat anyway !!! love this thing
