## العربية ### 🥐 خبز الحليب الطري (من ذكريات الطفولة) ### المكونات * 250 مل حليب دافئ * 1 ملعقة صغيرة خميرة جافة * 3 ملاعق كبيرة سكر * 1 بيضة * 50 غرام زبدة مذابة * ⅓ ملعقة صغيرة ملح * 500–550 غرام دقيق ### الطريقة 1. اخلطي الحليب الدافئ مع الخميرة والسكر واتركيه لمدة 5–10 دقائق حتى تتفاعل الخميرة. 2. أضيفي البيضة والزبدة المذابة والملح، ثم اخلطي جيدًا. 3. أضيفي الدقيق تدريجيًا واعجني حتى تحصلي على عجينة ناعمة ومرنة. 4. غطي العجينة واتركيها لتتخمر حتى يتضاعف حجمها. 5. شكلي العجينة حسب الرغبة وضعيها في صينية الخبز، ثم اتركيها تتخمر مرة أخرى لمدة 20–30 دقيقة. 6. اخبزيها في فرن محمى مسبقًا على **180 درجة مئوية** لمدة **30 دقيقة** أو حتى تكتسب لونًا ذهبيًا. بالهنا والعافية! 🥐 --- ## English ### 🥐 Soft Milk Buns (A Childhood Favorite) ### Ingredients * 250 ml warm milk * 1 teaspoon dry yeast * 3 tablespoons sugar * 1 egg * 50 g melted butter * ⅓ teaspoon salt * 500–550 g all-purpose flour ### Instructions 1.
