As. Gen-X aged man who has worked his whole life and gained nothing but pains, this hits. My daughter even walked out on me due to politics. I don't feel like I'm enough for my wife. I feel like I've failed my kids. And I don't know how to be "the guy" for my grandbabies. I know it sounds like I'm whining, but had to get it out. Thank you.

Don’t worry about it :
I have spoken up. So far been rejected by 5 shrinks. 4 online companies who do therapy and an unknown number of therapists. No longer worth the effort
