NEW YORK life insurance is a SCAM!! All they do is lie and NOT do their job. I’ve been waiting over a month to get my disability claim approved! every time you call to speak to the Claim’s manager they lie and say that they are in a meeting & they will call back & they never do

wish your case managers actually did their jobs. its been 2 months my long term disability has been pending because the case manager won't answer or return calls. horrible time. begging for help from anyone who answers the calls with no help

man, let me tell you my experience with you guys. the absolute worst experience I have ever had with insurance. I put my intermittent time online doesn't get approved till the last day. it took 3 months to get my first check and even then you can't even keep it steady. I'll get paid one week then skipped and never in the same day. I have to call twice a week and be on the phone for over and hour each time just to get told bullshi answers. should be ashamed of yourselves on how difficult you make something that should be easy so hard.
