I just want to add, it doesn’t matter how much healthy food you eat if you’re not in a calorie deficit you still won’t lose weight. So if you eat these meals make sure you count the calories in this meal and every other meal you’re eating. Too many sweet potato’s, avocados, rice etc can still put you in a surplus.

so I got a question. I've seen a lot of videos where they say like sweet potatoes or regular potatoes are better for rice. if you're trying to lose weight. is that true? and could I sub the rice for like sweet potatoes or regular potatoes?

Great kitchen hack-cover the raw chicken with plastic wrap, or put it in a gallon size zip loc bag before you start pounding to prevent chicken juices from splattering about. 😁

With what you made. You could do half the chicken and then half the beef. Store them in different containers store all the rice and different containers and store the vegetable in different container containers and make four different sauces and then you can have four different types of meals throughout the week that taste different but have close to the same macros and you’d have some more variety in your life instead of the same boring dish over and over and over again. That’s my problem with doing these kind of meals. You’re not living your not enjoying life. You’re meeting a goal.🥺
