the other way to make the process faster is to rent out all houses that are bought each month and the rent must be reinvested into purchasing 2 houses per month instead of 1

the simplest way can be, we all deposit 3500 for 135 months then buy for everyone so 3500 p/p × 135 people × 135 months = 63 787 500 plus interest 🤔

it's not good idea. only the first one to get a house will benefit. if I'm the last to buy the house. that means R3500 go to the trust and another R3500 pay my rent. R7000 for 8years, whereas the first one to buy a house will only pay R3500 to trust only. 12 houses a year.
