I am 24. Had severe acne from 19 till two months ago. Decided to check my thyroid, turns out I had an under active thyroid this whole time. Just taking a little pill every morning, and now my acne is cleared up.

Nah cuz it’s not even funny, when my period is starting I break out so bad I have huge pimples on my face and back, then when I’m finished with my period they start to go away and exactly when I start feeling confident about my skin I break out again, it’s like a never ending cycle

Guys I actually did the same by not wearing perfume on pulse spots it really disrupts the hormones. Try wearing your perfume only on clothes from now on and see the difference after weeks
