HEAVY on the don’t read medical journals unless you’ve been taught how to. I did an entire Heath sciences degree and learning how to read and interpret studies was a compulsory unit in each year and I still wouldn’t consider myself proficient in it.

What should I do if my eye lids and face got chemically burnt after using ROC retinol for 2 times? I know I made the biggest mistake of using it all over my face like a face cream! Now my eye lids are red swollen with blister, my lips too. I feel like i have got eczema on my face now. Pls help me.
