Would appriciate to hear abit about ur own personal story. I find alot of people in ur line of work stiff, not really regulated but very educated. When i see you talk i see a very regulated person with real life experience. Which is truly nice to see. And i belive that in the line of work that includes helping people we have sort of turned all our focus towards academic knowledge, which is understandable. But lost the art, if i can say that of actually beeing the regulated person which alot of people need way more then knowledge sometimes. Especielly these days people have so much theory of the mind, but to learn the practice they need to meet regulated practictioners.

I appreciate your videos because (aside from that the algorithm brought them to me at a very relevant stage!) they feel like the end product of someone who’s done the hard intellectual work first, then translated it into plain English. The only thing I’d gently push back on is describing academia as “inaccessible”. Some ideas simply are difficult before they’re understood well enough to explain simply. Academia is where those ideas are rigorously tested and refined. Plain English shouldn’t replace that process, it should be the result of it. The best communicators make complex things feel simple without making them simplistic. You've clearly put the effort in and are circumspect before putting it out in your words. That’s what your content reminds me of and I hope it inspires more to do the same sort of careful and sincere communication. Thank you!
