Go for the meat. Avoid sausages (they’re delicious but it will fill you up too). At the end you get cheese, salads, pineapple and whatever else you want

DONT even look at the self service part!!! Or at most make yourself a small salad. Sit at your table and wait. Try the garlic bread but don’t overdo it! Skip the sausage and the chicken, accept every single pork and beef cut you’re offered. Once you’re completely full, you’re free to go to the self service bar and grab a dessert. Go for the flan. Trust me. 🇧🇷

as a Brazilian I love roasted pineapples too but it’s good to eat as a “desert” at the end so eat the meat first get some sides if you may on the salad bad and when you’re done get yourself some pineapple

Here’s my strategy… start with meat, avoid sausages, when you fell that you are full, eat one, and only one piece of grilled pineapple. Wait a bit, it will open a bit more space for more meat!!! Don’t go to the salads they are traps!!! lol
