Can you learn the press to handstand before learning the handstand??? I wasn't going to post this clip from our last group call, but since then, I've been asked twice about this, so here we are! For me, this is not even an argument as there are SO MANY existing examples where I can just show you instead of telling you. To me, when someone says with absolute confidence that this is "not possible" it just reveals how disconnected they are from a HUGE segment of the population. Of course, you should be working on balance no matter your skill level, however, I will NEVER suppress your talents and potential just because I have a preconceived notion of how things should be ordered. - @mazen.movement
