what's funny is i think Buc-ees BBQ sandwich is absolute trash. there's WAY better BBQ here in Texas. but I do adore every single video I see from our beautiful guests. it's reminding me to be grateful of the place I live!

The key to a really good Texas brisket is cooking it low and slow so the tough, fatty parts melt into nothing and the brisket is juicy. The good bbq places cook their briskets for over 14 hours. We say that if a brisket needs sauce, it was cooked wrong

I think to truly resist the capitalist market you have had to feel the consequences of over spending for a long time to be able to play a quick pro and con list in your head. You will still buy something. It will just be less than what you probably would have initially 😂😂
