@promoting_gospel_music: 🎛️ CHURCH SOUND CLINIC | EPISODE 2 In this episode, we discuss the importance of using the right speaker cables for church sound systems and how incorrect cable connections can affect sound quality. We also explain simple testing methods to identify positive and negative speaker lines, helping to prevent phase issues and poor audio performance. Many sound problems in churches are not caused by the equipment itself but by incorrect installation and wiring. When in doubt, it is always wise to engage a qualified sound technician to diagnose and fix the problem properly. A well-installed sound system delivers clear sound, protects your equipment, and enhances the worship experience. Watch, learn, and share with your church sound team. #ChurchSoundClinic #Episode2 #ChurchAudio #SoundEngineering #speakercables

With the speaker connection, one thing I can say about it is that, If every speaker in the system is wired the same wrong way (+ to − and − to +), the system will generally sound normal because they are all still in phase with each other. The only difference is the absolute polarity is inverted, which most listeners won’t notice.
