Extremely disappointed with the after sales service from Dyson. I've been trying to resolve an issue with a product for over two months, only to be met with empty promises constant "escalations," and no feedback unless we follow up. Even after being told my case was escalated a week ago, still received no update. This level of customer service is ridiculous.
