Actually delux editions price is not that bad, back in 2013 GTA5 basic one costed 59$ and special edition like 79$ (not collectors edition), so looking now it's actually not bad

⚠️THIS IS MISINFORMATION ⚠️all of the shops are in the base game. It’s just ONE shop per category (cars, clothes, hair, etc) where you can go to get your exclusive items. Thanks to a misleading post on X, everyone thinks the base game will be unplayable
