i still feel the fees are too much for senior citizens who dont have any income. this is the responsibility of the government.. Deeds office have this information already. Deeds office should get data entry personnel and we take our documents to deeds office to confirm documents and the ones in the deeds office just like we do during elections we go and with our identities at the voters roll and verify our identity. . this validation should be done at minimal fees.

The money for validation is too expensive. Conveyancers are charging exorbitant costs. The gvt should subsidise the whole process because it is a repeat of a process that was once concluded, and the gvt should extend the deadline in for some citizens to raise the cash. Thank you for the information.
