I guess this is your own recipe so you should have renamed it. With pure local Tubani, you don't add kokonte flour. I'm from Bolgatanga, Upper East, and we don't add konkonte.

That Powdered pepper is called YAJI. YAJI is a special Hausa spice blend made from powdered groundnut cake, known as kulikuli, mixed with ginger, pepper, garlic, and other spices. People commonly use it to season Suya, Chichinga, Kebab,Balangu and similar grilled foods or Tubani or Waakye.
