@yourcoeliacbestie: The UK hits 35°C for what feels like forever and suddenly we’re all panic-buying fans 😂 As someone who used to work for one of these companies, here’s my Shark vs Dyson take 👀 Not sponsored. Not gifted. Just the products I’d actually spend my own money on. Some of these opinions might be controversial, but £450 for warm purified air was never going to escape my notes app 😅 Swipe through for my honest thoughts. Before anyone comes for me: ✨ This is just my opinion ✨ Based on my own experience using and working for one of these brands ✨ What works for me might not work for you Which team are you: Shark or Dyson? #shark #dyson #ukheatwave #heatwave #Home
Not calling that shark turbo blade “The Hammerhead shark” is a terrible marketing misstep.

Yeah, dyson haircare products are sooooo good. I moved overseas and had to get a second airwrap because of the voltage tho 😭

my Dyson v8 was great for about a year, then it progressively got worse and worse until it stopped picking anything up. ended up having to take it fully apart to clean out filters that weren't accessible without a screwdriver and a good memory of what went where. brought a shark cordless a few years back and its been fab! got a battery charging dock, so always have a fully charged battery, and the suction hasn't worsened at all over time

Have had Dyson and shark hoovers, I liked them at first but they just become rubbish as time goes on. Bit the bullet and got a Miele, would never ever go back now

I’m in the market for a fan, need to wait until it cools down though! I got a shark vacuum this time and I’ve not been impressed, only good thing is it was cheap!

I bought a Shark Detect Clean & Empty. It has good cleaning performance, but unfortunately the design is absolutely atrocious.
When it comes to fine dust, you'll be vacuuming the stairs and, all of a sudden, the motor clogs. You then have to take it back to the base station, let it empty itself, remove the filter, and tap out all of the super-fine dust.
In the end, I gave it to my mum, and she had exactly the same problem. I ended up getting a George, and my mum ended up getting a Henry.
