No, Firstly, the Patronous charm isn't part of the 3rd year curriculum, he learned it because Lupin wanted him to protect himself against the detentors. Also the Detentors feed on happiness so Hagrid would be a perfect target. He doesn't have a patronos because it's an advanced spell and due to his lack of education he simply wouldn't de able to cast it unfortunately. Now please check your sources cause they mislead you bad😭

you know its only Harry thats get taught the patronus charm in third year, not everyone. the only reason why some students know is because Harry teaches it to Dumbledores Army. it isnt part of the Hogwarts curriculum

a fan theory is that after Hogwarts battle he was allowed a wand again and harry taught him the patronus charm and his patronus was Hedwig but if we go back to book two he described the demetors as dark and in one line he explains how dark and sad he was in azkaban
