Worked on 6 cars today cause it’s slow as shit, all of which needed some sort of work done. I don’t get paid flat rate, and only get 2 dollars for every hour “flagged” (I know.). EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. DECLINED ALL THE WORK. ONE CAME IN LITERALLY ASKING US TO CHECK EVERYTHING AND WAS GONNA GET WORK DONE, AND DECLINED IT ALL BRO

bought a 2016 Ford explorer sport with 32k miles from carvana. 30 days from the day I bought it the high pressure fuel pump blew. destroyed the motor. caravana gives a 418_-something mile or 100 day warranty. warranty company sent a used motor. it was welded in 2 spots. sent another, shop installs it and found it it had jumped timing. sent a 3rd one, also welded. so im pissed at this point. tell silverrock this is bs. I dont trust your supplier for a used engine. they agree, so we get a remained enging, but its back ordered 8w. get that installed. find out both turbos, altenator and starter are also bad, and the motor blowing tore up the cat and o2 sensors too. so we went 6mo with the car sitting in the shop, the warranty company dropped 22k total. pick it up, 5 miles out of the shop parking lot cel pops on. take it back. its got a leak from the high pressure fuel lines. Ford says theyre single use, but warranty company refused to replace them when the initial work was done. welp. that had to be replaced, and they lost the catch can that was on it too so we got a brand new double catch can and lines, after they tried putting the stock pcv lines on and thinking we wouldnt catch it. on top of the rental the warranty company had to provide they absolutely hated us, the resolution manager said we were the most expensive repair she'd ever seen in her 10 years of working there.
