If your call pings on the wrong cell tower it will go to the nearest central 911. They then have to transfer you to get you the fastest and closest help because their radios do not reach the officers and EMS in a whole different county.

you're telling me with all this technology we have they could see where he was and they still had to transfer twice and ask the same questions repeatedly? this is why so many people pass while on the phone with emergency services

they send while they are talking to you. they are trained to ask questions and stall. everyone saying hurry up as soon as you call they dispatched it.
