Bella, I'm so sorry to hear this. It's soooo hard. Last year, I lost my dad to cancer only 3 weeks after diagnosis. Even though we all know our parents will leave us at some point, it really is just so unbelievable and shocking when it is actually happening. Especially when you lose them well before you are the more typical age to lose a parent. It's a very sad and lonely place to be in. Please... If you want support from a friend and fellow traveller (albeit a year or so down the road from you), please reach out.
