even if it was on her upper back, you gotta admit, man it’s not necessary. there’s already other officers holding her down while cuffs are being put on her coming over and dropping a knee on the top of her was a little excessive.

Right here, she’s under control enough for the officer to pull out his cuff. Get them ready for administration. There’s no need for that other officer to come and put his knee on her completely unnecessary. Everything else leading up to that completely understand she’s resisting being violent, they have to do what they need to to get her down and subdued, but once she subdued, there’s no need for extra force. It doesn’t look good and it doesn’t do anything to help the situation.
