If this IS real which I kinda doubt, he shouldn’t even be charged. If he’d have just knocked him down with one hit and walked away and the guy was fine, everyone would say self defense and the defense could even be the ones pressing charges. It’s not his fault that one quick swing without a weapon and no further attacks ended with the guy dying.
