@iamlydia_____: If you’re in Africa and trying to get a remote job, the first thing to understand is this: the problem is usually not “where to find jobs.” It’s that most people are searching in the right places but presenting themselves in a way that doesn’t get attention. 1. Linkedln LinkedIn is the biggest door, but it’s also the most crowded. Everyone is there, people from every country applying for the same roles. What makes the difference isn’t luck, it’s clarity. If your profile just says “virtual assistant” or “digital marketer,” you disappear. But when your profile clearly says what you help people do, like keeping businesses organized, managing content, or handling customer messages, you start to look like someone a recruiter can actually picture working with. That’s when replies start happening. 2. Wellfound Then there are startup platforms like Wellfound. This one is different because startups don’t hire like big companies. They’re not always looking for perfect experience; they’re looking for someone who can jump in and figure things out. That’s why beginners from Africa actually have a better chance here than they think. If you can show basic proof of what you can do, even simple Canva work or social media samples, you’re already ahead of most applicants who only submit CVs. 3. We Work Remotely We Work Remotely sits on the other side of the spectrum. The jobs here are more serious and structured. Companies expect you to already know what you’re doing. So if someone applies here with no samples or no track record, they usually get ignored. But if you already have even small evidence of work, writing, design, support tasks, you stand a real chance because these companies hire globally without caring where you live. 4. Remotive is more relaxed compared to that. You’ll notice the environment feels less corporate and more startup-friendly. Some employers here are open to giving chances if they see potential, not just experience. It’s not magic, but it’s less intimidating than strict corporate boards, especially for someone starting out. 6. Contra Then there’s Contra, which is often the fastest entry point for people in Africa. The difference is simple: instead of applying and waiting, you’re putting your work in front of clients. If your profile is clear and your samples make sense, people reach out to you. No long hiring process, no endless applications. This is why a lot of beginners get their first real remote income here before anywhere else. What most people miss is that none of these platforms actually reward effort alone. They reward clarity. Someone who can clearly show “this is what I do and this is how I help” will always beat someone applying everywhere with a vague profile. #remotejob #remoteworklife #remotework #remote #remoteworkfromhomejobs

Enugu women essentials :
Lanvars has 4 plans (1k, 2k, 3k and 6k), it’s not compulsory to refer cos you can only do task. The difference is that if you refer They pay you everyday for referral, but if you only do task your withdrawal date is 10th and 30th of every month. I did the 6k plan, and my daily task Job that I do is 1,500. (1,500*30days) is 45k. But minimum withdrawal is 44k for 6k plan. Meaning if I miss a day task I won’t be able to withdraw by 30th of July and will have to wait till 10th of august that my wallet is up to minimum withdrawal. So it’s not compulsory to refer at all,
