Genuinly HOW did it fly so low under the radar. I mean sure, it was overshadowed by The Sopranos at that time, but it‘s barely talked about (outside of mediatok) and it‘s such a high caliber show.

The shield flew under my radar for so long.I had seen atleast 20 shows by the time I discovered the show and i thought I had already found the best that television had to offer and then I watched this peak and I swear it did something to my brain. The Shield completely mesmerized me,I was pulled into the world so completely and the characters all truly engaged and entertained me in ways I've never seen before. The acting felt so masterful, the writing was so 2000s but it was part of the charm and even with that it was still so superb, the god tier camera work and their use of angles and natural lighting for the most part just added to that part of the show that felt so real to me.I can go on like this forever but the point that should remain is that The Shield is an absolute masterpiece, whether or not it gets the attention and love it truly deserves doesn't matter at this point, all of us can atleast day we got to experience it outright and now there's this beautiful community on here and other places where we can share our love for it,a few years ago this didn't even exist so seeing this genuinely makes me shed a heart.Beautiful edit brother Matt
