i also am going through the same thing and got steroids to get it all unblocked in my sinuses and even still it was horrible!!! my head was spinning and the worst headache possible

My mom has the same problem with flying and congestion and her ENT recommended using Affrin before and bringing it with her. Worked for my mom!

They have ear plugs that open the canal more to help with blockages. I think they are called Airplanes or Earplanes.
