@lunawomb_cycles: Replying to @Juicygal💋🥰 💦 tracking your ovulation while on birth control is not as simple as you might think; because the birth control is actually suppressing your ovulation. We need to ovulate in order to have a period. If you’re taking the pill, many women can experience withdrawal bleeding during the sugar pill week due to the withdrawal of hormones from the rest of the pack. Once you’ve been off of birth control for at least 3 months, you can start to track your ovulation and see results because your body has gone through a regen process and your cycles should start to regulate (this can take much longer for some women, like up to 3 years especially if you’re trying to get pregnant) Check out my podcast The Lunar Womb Portal to learn more ✨ #women #womenshealth #ovulation #period
so that’s why my cycle would switch up every three months before birth control! i’d have a period at the beginning of the month for three then the middle then the end and repeat from the time i was 12ish to the time i got on birth control at 16 that’s interesting
