stated a new job monday, they asked me to be there 15 mins early so i was one of the first people in the parking lot. At lunch I was told that they have a rule of backing their cars in. I walked outside to everyone parked the same way except for me and was made to move my car😭😭

At my job every company we work with has their own manual of rules, super handy right? WRONG. sometimes someone will tell me to do something not allowed in the manual, then when I call the company and they’re like “oh yeah you can do that, it’s in our version of the manual you don’t get access to.” WHY WOULD THERE BE A SECRET DIFFERENT MANUAL

I had this where 2 of the colleagues were siblings, but didn’t look anything alike and had different last names. We were at an informal lunch and I asked if they knew each other outside of work because they’re so close. I got laughed at like I was the biggest idiot, like … what do you mean? I’ve been here for 2 minutes 🙃
