For Filipinos working abroad, the amount they earn may sometimes seem small compared with the sacrifices they make. But for us, money can always be earned again. What matters more is being able to enjoy precious moments with our fellow Filipinos, family, and friends—such as watching our fellow Filipinos play basketball and celebrating special occasions together. As Christians, we believe that we cannot take our wealth with us when we die. What truly matters is how we spend our time and resources while we are still here. For us, creating memories, sharing happiness, and celebrating life with our loved ones and fellow Filipinos are far more valuable than money alone.
