Just do what my shop did make a legal document that they have to sign before the car is released stating they acknowledge the work that has to be done and they acknowledge of what the consequences could be and that they accept full responsibility of anything and everything that happens

And I do what some people just are not in the position to where they can do that. tires can be expensive. I understand its a safety issue. if you care do much give them a pretty decent discount.
