The thing about "dimensional tiering" is that almost every scale completely misinterprets it 😭 dimensions don't apply to ap, there isn't such thing as "4d attack potency" or anything like that, since energy force and pressure don't have dimensions and an ap being higher dimensional wouldn't make it higher like at all😭

There’s multiple ways to get to outer. 1. Transcending multiple concepts. 2. Destroying high tier dimensional structures. 3. Fighting/showing superiority to a character that has done either 1 or 2. You also are misinterpreting the tiers. You can be 4D but still be beaten by 3D characters. Unless you have feats that out you at infinite power, you can be beaten by a 3D character. Also, unless specified to be from a higher dimension, 4/5/6/etc dimensional characters are still 3D. They just can effect things on a 4/5/6/etc scale.

Power scaling is fun when done completely in jest. Once people start actually debating it just becomes exhausting. Especially once you’re comparing characters from different stories with different measurements of power scaling

The reason something like the hulk, Superman, that iron man model can be outerversal is because there are numerous times where said character has interacted/destroyed/affected a being and or structure that is outer. Weird think of it like that but it’s true

The issue is power scalers do not actually use dimensions properly, a 3 dimensional entity cannot be 4 dimensional, if it can be perceived properly in the 3 dimensions of reality, it is not 4 dimensional, Goku is not 4th dimensional, your favorites are not 4th dimensional, we can barely fathom a 4th dimension let alone a 5th and so on and so forth, so how are we scaling with this?

I’d rather a verse be on the weaker side with actual match up dependent fights and cool abilities then it be overpowered. For example jjk I like how it actually addressed what going sub light speed would actually do to the surroundings

the problem with the "dimensional tiering" is up until you reach it, science can actually back up the claims. but once you reach the dimensional tiering, they have no actual science backing and are just making claims that arent true. for example, Goku is a 3 dimensional being. he lacks and properties that would include an extra dimension, but yet people will still claim hes 5d, 6d ...est. according to science, dimensions have nothing to do with power, actually from the point of view from a 4d entity, a 3d entity is deadly because effectively it would function like the perfect knife to them. a 3d thing could "cut/walk" through a 4d thing and split it, because thats how the idea of a knife works. we want the edge to be as close to a lower dimension as posisble while maintaining durability to push through the object. and 3d things would be perfect for that, against a 4d thing
